No hot water; No money back: Not our fault.

Stayed for two nights. Both mornings had no hot water. On checking out was told that of course they didn't have hot water; they were full. Never heard a word of concern for my experience, No one stepped up to say they were sorry--or that they cared in the slightest. When the bill came I asked for a reduction in rate so they took $25 off and continued to complain that itr wasn't their fault.
I can see no reason to recommend this establishment: facilities are mediocre; management doesn't care.
