Copa Cabana Resort Hotel & Suites, Wisconsin Dells

I traveled with my 3, almost 4 year old. For the price you pay, I think this is a very nice hotel. It is a tad outdated with the decor and not all fancy like the over priced hotels but it is really nice. We had a double bed room & it was very spacious. There were a couple hairs in the bathroom & bathtub but whatever I didn't let it bother me. The inside waterpark was perfect for my son, he had a blast, perfect for his age and I think for years to come. We stayed a Sunday night as well and had the place to ourselves, I think actually we were the only ones staying that night in the hotel. The waterpark is observed by a lifeguard so on Sunday when no one was there, they closed it up but when we requested it open later in the evening, they were pretty accommodating on opening it up & having a lifeguard (employee) sit in there while we enjoyed it. The main "big" pool has great hours 6am-12am, so even if the waterpark is closed, you can still enjoy swimming at almost anytime. They also gave 2 free tickets to the Tommy Bartlet Exploratory which was a lot of fun, my 3yr old was free so we only needed to purchase 1 ticket which they also gave us a coupon for a discounted ticket. Only little complaint is there is not wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby so that is a bit inconvenient but actually we did so much that really didn't have time to go on my computer. We will for sure be staying here again as for me what you get for the price you paid is worth it!

After reading previous reviews, I was unsure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the indoor waterpark and pool were just what my 5 year old twins needed to start summer and the outdoor waterpark (although cold due to the weather) was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel is older but was clean throughout! We would stay at the Copa Cabana again! The location is perfect for walking to various activities and restaurants.

Perfect for 2-10 year old kids. The waterpark was very loud inside, they had the music way too loud. Room was ok. Carpet was stained, sheets were thin but the room was clean. Each room had an outdoor balcony area which was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Copa Cabana. I don't think the rooms are outdated - they are just themed tropical, like the resort. The staff was very friendly and the waterpark was great for our three young children. There is a deep pool for older kids and the indoor waterpark is probably best for children younger than 11 or 12, but we liked that we didn't have to chase our kids all over a mega waterpark! They have a small outdoor waterpark as well, but obviously it wasn't open. The price was reasonable and we stayed for three nights. We saw an economy room (they call it a double double) but did not stay there. They are also clean, just lacking in things like a micro, fridge and you have to walk outdoors to get to the lobby/pool. But that is why the price is lower. We enjoyed ourselves and any time we called the desk for something, the response was friendly and very accommodating. We also got 2 tickets to the Tommy Bartlett Exploratory, free. I would recommend this resort.

The only good thing is the waterpark. That is only fun if you have children under 7. The guest service was not friendly and the rooms are outdated. For what we paid they could at least make some improvements to the rooms.

one day we went to check in here then the cleaness was bad but overall i will give it a 3!!the pool was nasty because nobody's there and is was closed by a garage!!! when the pool opened! w had to wait for the garage door to open! and the light was off! it took 20 minuites to turn on the lights!!but we say mold and rust in the ool!! and dust bunnies!!! there was no clorine probably!! this is the worst hotel ever!! we did not even stayed here!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great place for families with kids 8 and under. Nice indoor and outdoor waterparks that were kept relatively clean. Price was right and it's centrally located. 2 thumbs up from the wife and me! Rooms are large, but some are outdated (the main building seemed to be updated, as our friends were in that one. The smaller detached buildings had some funky decor) Not a big deal to us, though.

the stuff was friendly, the hotel is very clean, and my kids love the pool. it is located right down the strip of all the fun places and yu can walk to the bar or even to a place to eat

I really loved everything.I enjoyed my weekend .I just wish i bring my pet next time.The service was excellent, the room were very nice and clean.

We went during the fall on a weekend, arriving on Thursday. A pleasant suprise - we had the pool to ourselves for most of the trip! It really is such a nice pool area. My kids, 5 and 22 months had the best time. They played until they were pooped. Perfect for a family with small children. One of my son's favorite parts of the hotel was the walkway over the road. He loved looking down at the cars and trucks driving past. The room was very clean, nice and the perfect size. We had 3 suitcases and 2 backpacks. All layed out, but enough room for my son to play trucks or my daughter to put on one of her many dance routines. We took the trip for my daughter's 5th birthday in lieu of a party and she is asking to go back for her 6th birthday already.
