HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I stayed at the Days Inn one Summer. The room was small but it was ok to sleep for the night after a long day of fun. However, I made reservation the next year and decided to cancel and get a hotel with more room and things to do as my grandchildren wanted to stay where there was inside pools. I cancelled well within the allowable time and was told this by the clerk when i called to cancel. When I saw the $125 charged to my credit card I made several calls spoke with a young man who said he was the manager. I called several times thereafter because now it was about principles. They played all kind of games and It was as if I was a joke. I heard one tell the so call manager that It is the girl from Chicago on the phone, reminded them that I am a grandmother and not a girl. This went on for months until I finally gave up due to the stress of this situation. HOwever, I never got my money back. Will never go to a Days INN AGAIN. wILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. iF YOU GO THERE WATCH YOUR POCKETBOOK AND THE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.
