Days Inn Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin Dells

I stayed at the Days Inn one Summer. The room was small but it was ok to sleep for the night after a long day of fun. However, I made reservation the next year and decided to cancel and get a hotel with more room and things to do as my grandchildren wanted to stay where there was inside pools. I cancelled well within the allowable time and was told this by the clerk when i called to cancel. When I saw the $125 charged to my credit card I made several calls spoke with a young man who said he was the manager. I called several times thereafter because now it was about principles. They played all kind of games and It was as if I was a joke. I heard one tell the so call manager that It is the girl from Chicago on the phone, reminded them that I am a grandmother and not a girl. This went on for months until I finally gave up due to the stress of this situation. HOwever, I never got my money back. Will never go to a Days INN AGAIN. wILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. iF YOU GO THERE WATCH YOUR POCKETBOOK AND THE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

We chose this hotel because it had a indoor and outdoor pool and a deck for sunbathing. The outdoor pool was full of black floating stuff, the indoor pool smelled funny. The deck was covered in wet carpeting, the white chaise lounges were black, filthy and broken. The flower planters had about 300 cigerette butts in them. To top it all off we are now fighting with them because they charged my credit card for our stay when we booked and again when we checked out. Under staffed and desk help does not speak very good english and does not know how to work their computer system. Left and got a beautiful room at the casino for $10 more a night. My advice is do not stay here and watch your credit card charges!!!

This hotel is serious need of a makeover. Yeah its cheap but yuck!!!

We got to the room and found toenail clippings on the carpet and nasty hairs on the bathroom floor. The room smelled of smoke and mildew. I can't imagine that any places are worse than this. Stay somewhere else.

I loved the staff. They were nice and friendly. We have been coming to Dells every summer for last few summers. We always stay at the days inn. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the new renovated room and it was very nicely done. We would love to go come back again to see the hotel fully renovated. Great value for the price. We will be back again.

Dirty,Smelly,Moldy. Carpet filthy. There is no excuse for a hotel to be this bad at any price.They can't be reading the reviews for this hotel or they don't care.The mold around the shower stall will turn you off.I don't recommend anyone to walk on the carpet with bare feet.The tile on the bathroom floor has never been cleaned. If you can't avoid this hotel, I would like to read your review.

Enough said, not a nice fella. I wish I could be nicer, but I don't know much else about this particular property.

I've read a lot of negative comments on this property and frankly don't understand them. I found the room to be clean and spacious (for 2 not for more), the staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities far exceeded what I'd expect for the price. My biggest complaint: the whirlpool doesn't get hot enough. This was one week ahead of Memorial Day, but the place was full.

I really enjoyed the place. Stayed for 2 nights and its right near everything. It has pool, hottub, and free tanning. Room was spacious and very comfy bed. Only downside is that there is no microwave or fridge in the room. otherwise overall stay was great. would stay there again. Oh and pool was a little dirty at bottom but that is it.

For the price, I think this is a nice hotel. The single bed rooms are VERY small but good enough if you’re just looking for someplace to sleep. Our door didn’t lock to our room so we were upgraded to a double bed room which was very nice! Big and seemed very clean. Didn’t use the pool but was average size but didn’t like that it was right up front so when the front desk check in area was packed with check-ins, everyone was just watching everyone in the pool, not private at all. They have a nice lounge area were you can sit at night and visit if you have kids sleeping in room. Nice continental breakfast! Most of the hotel staff was very nice, late night guy wasn’t very friendly but all in all was a good stay.
