Hudson House Inn, Hudson

My wife, chilren and I stayed here. What a dump! It was dark, dirty and smelly. The walls were paper-thin. The sheets were like sandpaper. We got weird rashes from the bedding. The pool was ice-cold. The "complimentary" breakfast was frightful. The silverware was dirty. Our waitress was very rude. The staff was not friendly at all and we were actually charged extra for and additional pillow and towels. I later learned they recently lost their Best Western endorsement. No wonder. It should be condemned!

The free breahfast is a plus for this unit. It was also a quiet stay. The staff was also very pleasant. Recommed this as an excellant place to sray. It was easy access to the interstate 94, and the room were nice.

This place is the nicest hotel ever been to in my life.The food was excellent and the rooms were great. their chef named Jed is a great chef he makes the best food. i love this place soo much. whenever i go through town i have to stop and have some of Jed's great food.

While it was an older place, it was clean and quiet. The complimenary breakfast was served to your table with choices of eggs, waffles or fruit, better than the usual cereal and toast. For the price ($57 expedia) and the breakfast (Monday - Friday)it is a great value. The breakfast was for adults only, but the manager gave coupons for our children as well. They even have a mini bar in the lobby if you need a nightcap. As in another review the beds are a bit hard, but other than that things were OK.
