I am not staying again!
LLet’s start on a good note. The ladies in the restaurant were amazing they were definitely the highlight of all my stays. They were attentive and made you feel comfortable. Housekeeping is not the best but far from the worse. That is where the good ends.
I have stayed at the plaza more times then I can remember. Honestly if managers cannot be good to their employees then what hope is it for their guests. I am mostly speaking about the disrespect in front of the guest. There are several times I have sat in the lobby only to see, what I understand as the front office manager, yelling at one of the desk clerks instead of taking them back to her office. If my supervisor would do that, he would be fired. I have seen this happen at least 4 times and one of these times I have seen the sweet Rose come out of it crying. I have also witnessed at least twice, the same lady ask for the key packet back and take out the coupons, ripe them up and say "Oh, your not suppose to have these," Honestly that is horrible disrespectful to us guests.
Honestly the worse part of my stays is listening to the so called "Guest Relations" the security guard puts out. I remember one time that the night clerk, as kind as he is, I think his name is Alex, ask for help because he was the manager on duty and He came up there and interrupted the guest checking in, when the guest tried to explain, the securities first reaction was to raise his voice and the second reaction was to tell them, If you don't like it there is the door. The guest was being kind about the whole situation and when the security guard left the night clerk apologized and fixed the problem.
After all these incidents I came to realize that how are they going to treat me good as a guest if their employees are treated unfairly. Honestly, try it once for yourself and you might be better off staying at the holiday in which I switched to.
