Wow....what can you say about this place? The rooms were stinky, nasty, dirty, and disgusting, plus the bathrooms were dirty and the service was lacking. Seemed like a *very* seedy place.

Priceline "hooked me up" with this hotel. I should have been more careful. I can't complain about the location, it was pretty central to all of the fun in Seattle. The room, on the other hand, was pretty scary. At first it seemed normal enough-- clean sheets, clean towels, not pretty but no complaints. Then I got bedbug bites. After 3 nights I am covered in bedbug bites. I was too embarassed to complain about it and I had a feeling they'd make me take it up with Priceline anyways. The sheets were damn near toxic and I think they also gave me a rash. It smelled really weird and it had really nasty carpet. Anyways, if you want a cheap room close to the action and you don't care about your skin, this is your hotel.

We got stuck in the elevator and the front desk didn't seem the least bit concerned or even surprised. It must happen often. Seattle Fire Department is pretty fast though, only lost about 20 minutes. An apology about being trapped in the elevator would have been nice. Rooms are pretty standard. Pros: Minifridge and microwave. Cons: Cramped bathroom, poor tv reception, parking is $10 for the first car. Standard continental breakfast with the exception of some good homemade cinnamon rolls. Fairly close to downtown (walkable to most places) and competitively priced. Literally next door to The Hurricane, a famous 24 hour breakfast joint. Just remember to take the stairs. If you do get stuck in an elevator, I asked what they could do about that and I got free parking the car, so that saved $30. Though being stuck in an elevator can be a terrifying experience.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

We got room 105 on the first floor (right next to the lobby) which had a connecting door to the adjacent room. There were two double beds for my friend and I and the bed, room, and the toilet were clean. I wasn't a big fan of the dispenso shampoo/conditioner/soap and the teeny towels, but hey that's no biggie: just bring/buy your own if it really bugs you. The great thing about this place is for the price you get free internet, free breakfast, and the location is a short walk to the Space Needle and its surrounding attractions (like Key Arena) as well as a near-enough walk to downtown. Great place for people who are on a budget, just looking for great value for money, and not looking for the hotel frills. Watch out for the super cranky front desk people though.

We stayed here 1 night in mid May of 2007. They told us we would have 2 queen beds on the first floor (ADA traveler)....we were told we'd have 2 rooms next to each other with our family members. After flying for the last 10 hours and getting here was not pleasant. Our ADA room was on the second floor and our family members weren't close by. The (OLD) room we got had 2 full size beds for 3 grown people! Then they said they had no roll away ,and we were tired. Finally they got one somehow from a nearby hotel at like 1:30 in the morning. The lights flickered on/off the whole time We checked out about 1100 the next morning. About 4:00 that afternoon we realized we had left behind a shaving kit in our bathroom hanging on the door. I called right away, and the guy that answered the phone put me on hold. He came back on the line and assured me he had it. I asked him if he would mail it to our house as we needed some important items in there. He confirmed he had our address and it would be sent. Upon return home and several phone calls later, they now say they never did find it, and so sorry charlie.....between the condition of this hotel and their customer service, I'd look elsewhere to stay in Seattle.

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were dirty, the lights flickered on and off, the beds were terrible, and the room some of our family members stayed in smelled like wet paint. The continental "breakfast" was poor at best. It was fairly close to downtown. Wouldn't recommend this.

Good location, not a bad breakfast, but ... not clean, not properly served (even plastic cups were not added daily), literally transparent quilt, very dirty toilette, unpleasant to get into. Plastic keys were reprogrammed few times, so we could not get into the room every time, had to go to front desk and back with two little kids every time. Front desk left impression of "who're you, get outta here, i don't care about your problems with the hotel)

price is right for downtown. great location. walk everywhere for vacation stuff. parking is included. lite breakfast is included. watch out for the safe charge-$5?
