Clean Rooms, Friendly Enviroment

the poor review you see is not the truth, they WILL hold reservations after 4 pm if you choose to guarantee with a credit card, or go in and prepay, you can check in anytime 24 hours, the 4pm hold is only if you choose not to use a credit card.

Super 8 has poor customer service

I cancelled my reservation because the hotel would not hold my reservation past 4PM, even if I paid in advance. Your staff couldn't have been more helpful but I will never stay at a Super 8 anywhere ever again, if I can help it. I also e-mailed 60 friends who may have been travelling to that area that weekend to let them know as well about Super 8's policy. Yahoo travel was wonderful but Super 8...
