Americas Best Value Inn, Aberdeen

This was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed at. Hair on the pillow case, security locks on doors broken, stuff splattered all over the wall next to the bed. If this is "Americas best" they should be ashamed!

This place was the worst hotel ever. The curtains would not shut. The bath tub had hairs in it. The comforter looked very well used. The internet worked as long as you sat beside the window and did not move. The only good thing was the continental breakfast, which was very limited. The staff could not offer any information regarding local attractions. Plus, there is no elevator and we had to lug suitcases up and down steps. Don't torture yourself by staying in this place!!!!

The staff and owners need schooling in customer service. Needs a good cleaning and a better set of employees. New name yet same grimey look and staff. Even my sheets looked filthy, not to mention I found several fleas crawling in my bed. yikes!!!

The room was shabby, dark, and unattractive. The hotel is on a busy street and was very noisy. The desk clerk was not helpful or responsive to my needs. I would not stay there if the motel paid me to stay there.

This is no longer a Red Lion Inn. It is operating as America's Best Value. Desk clerk was uncooperative and room was shabby. Motel is on top of the road.
