Clarion Hotel Seattle Airport, Seattle

This place was horrible. The hallway smelled funny and the staff at the desk were rude or not helpful. One of our beds was so broken down we kept rolling toward the center of the bed. We were quoted one price and charged more (for a safe we did not use). The ceiling of our room had water spots all over it and the room was crowded. My 72 year old mother was treated rudely because she said she had not been told she would need her credit card to check in when she called to reserve a room (and although this may be policy and the norm) it caught her off guard. She was told abruptly NO CARD, NO ROOM. She did not have a credit card on her...luckily I did. The only bright spot was the food in the dining room. Other than that this place is so bad I wouldnt put up my worst enemy there.
