All I wanted was a simple apology.

The worst hotel service I have ever had in my life. When I asked to pick up my car the hotel lobby staff managed to insult me, blame me, panic me (at one point said my car had already been taken), threaten me before eventually finding my "missing" car. On all counts they were at fault for "misplacing" my car & yet they managed to repeatedly blame me for their problem without ever apologizing for their error or for their shoddy treatment of me. Wow! If it wasn't such a miserable experience I would have thought I had unwittingly wondered onto the set of a comedy skit (or an enactment of how not to treat customers). I was told to take my complaint to the manager who, 24 hours later, has not responded to any of the 3 meassages I left. I will never set foot in a Comfort Inn again & I urge you to save yourself the heartache & do the same. Please check Trip Advisor for more scathing reviews like mine!
