Howard Johnson Plaza, Yakima

My flight came in at Seattle, WA from Chicago, IL and I took a AirporterShuttle, great way to come! To Howard Johnson Plaza in Yakima, WA, so I was past wore out. The service was past OUT STANDING! They let me sit in the lobby make calls and use net, befor I booked a room. Very nice lobby very clean, Adam at the front desk was so great to work with, on the location of wear we wear at, the prices and booking and helping me with any thing I needed, places to eat, Russillo's Pizza & Gelato, is great and a must see! Gaive me a steel on 6 night stay the pice $55.00 a night. The room was so nice, very clean, bed and pillows wear to die for, and warm, soft blankets not the cheep one! The room very plesent colors, very nicely done. The heater worked great. SO CLEAN, IT LOOKED BRAND NEW, the carpet everything. It easy to get on from I 80 at ext. 33 they could have a biger sin but you can find easy. I just loved this place and will be back! No question on that, the rooms are well worth the price, you wont be sorry! Thank you Adam at Howard Johnson you wear so great and helpfull!

We arrived later than we had planned because of traffic, services were starting to close for the evening and we were not rushed or hurried service was excellent. We were giving a different room becasue of smoking and it was very nice, thanks to the front desk. We were on the ground floor by the pool and in the morning we visited with the grounds crew, very friendly staff. Would love to stay there again.

Rooms are extremely outdated and dirty and in dire need of an upgrade...the TV looked like it was from the 70s. We were extremeley disappointed and checked out after the first night and would highly recommend staying at the nearby all suite hotel that begins with O and ends with suites. We went there for the rest of our stay for about the same price.
