Bad experience at this hotel

When we got into the hotel room, it smelled awful like a smoking room. I looked around and found ash trays, then called the front desk to see if they mistakenly assign the room to us. (We're non-smokers.) Sure enought, the room is a smoking room. They said it was the only room available for the evening. We were not informed of this at all when we initially checked in. I booked the room through a travel website, and it was non-refundable. I had no choice but staying in the room.
Since we needed to leave at 6am the next day, we asked the front desk to arrange a town car to pick us up at 5:45 the next morning, and we were told that the town car is always on time and usually 5 minutes early. The next morning, we went down to the lobby at 5:45am. No car was there. We waited a few minutes; nothing came. We asked the front desk to call the town car service. She sounded like we were bothering her and told us not to worry, the car will come. Another five minutes went by, the car did not come. She finally agreed to call the town car company. It turned out there had been a miscommunication -- they ordred the car for 5:45 PM, instead of AM. She apologized and ordered a taxi for us instead.
Overall, I did not like my stay at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
