The Shenvalee Golf Resort, New Market

I thought the scenery was just beautiful. The golf is lots of fun, from the white tees there are many opportunities for birdies. I could reach all of the par fives in two shots, (if I hit a good tee shot). I aversge about 230 yards. But from the blue tees its a different story, very few birdie chances. I found the courses to play about as tough as any that I play in Baltimore. The courses were in pretty fair shape, but you can't squawk because of the price, "Very Reasonable"! The room was adequate, like most lower priced Motel chains. The food was not bad, but the Karaoke on Friday night was a blast. I'm looking forward to the new sports lounge. There really isn't a whole lot to do there besides play golf. But if your a publinxer like me, you'll love it!
