Bad Business

I was appalled by the owner of this hotel. I reserved five rooms for two nights, on the telephone, I was assured that a discounted price would be honored. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that it would not be, the owner of the hotel then began to insult me-- saying that obviously I didn't travel much and asked had I ever been on an airplane-- in an attempt to explain varying price points I assume... As a matter of fact, I happen to be a ten year veteren of the airline industry, and will happily take my business else where in the future, as I hope anyone reading this review will as well.
