Kiptopeke Inn, Cape Charles

This was the worst hotel ever. There was no power, no running water, and an incompetent, drug-addicted staff. When checking in, the staff was all talking about their love for smoking weed. I was attending my best friends wedding and I couldn't even shower or shave or use the restroom. Then after the wedding, power was restored, which just helped me actually see the squalor I was to stay in. An employee of the hotel and his two under-age friends then continually harrassed me and others from the wedding party, trying to get their teenage hands on some of our beer, and taunting us for not drinking from their beer bong. I ended up getting so mad at these little punks and the crappy hotel that I drove home two hours away at 3 in the morning rather than stay at this horrible hotel. I never complain typically, but this experience has me so infuriated that I will do whatever I can to make sure no one else has to go through with the awful experience I did. Never stay at this roach motel.
