Ramada Inn, Fredericksburg

Place is totaling run down. In need of repair and update. The whole fee prices is a smoke and mirrors game.

The service was terrible, everything was broken, there was no fridge or microwave in the room and when I asked to be moved to a room that had one the lady tried to charge me an extra $200. The people at the desk were extremely condesceding and unwilling to help. They were more interested in chatting with their friends than helping customers. The advertisment is a total lie. When I checked in at 4 PM they gave me a room that was still being cleaned, so I had to wait outside for 20 min. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I stay in a lot of hotels cuz we travel alot and this one is BY FAR the worst!!! the staff was VERY! VERY! RUDE! took me 4 hours to get room service! the knobs in the bath tube were broke toliet, sink, and cieling ALL leaked! And had a horrable smell to the room! but if u have to stay here DO NOT PAY WITH YOU DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD!!! they continue to take money out without u knowing and keep your recipt cuz they will try to charge you twice they tried this with me and also a co worker! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I was very unhappy.I would recommend to my enemies.Not people I like.It was not worth the time or money.There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and holes.toilet was leaking, hair in the sinks ,stains on floor, got charged fo safe and never even had a key, very dirty , would not eat at restaurant terrible go to dennys,front desk was terrible,tried to get towels for pool that smelled really overwelming with chlorine and they were out.no fridge in room and both ice machines were broken I would never stay here again

This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn and was supposedly a 'happening' place. Well, there's nothing happening here anymore, especially maintenance of any kind. When it rains, they put buckets in the halls to catch the leaks. The temperature in the lobby/pool area is way above comfortable. The fountain, which looks like it would have been very nice, now has old water turning rancid. The desk clerks are unfriendly and did not answer my question regarding my room rate, which was more than advertised when I booked the room online. Stay away! There are many nicer hotels in the area.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever been to. It was filthy, pool was broken and beds have springs poking you in the back.

ok....the location was excellent for our purposes, the staff was very friendly and helpul, the lobby was nice, except for the OVERPOWERING smell of chlorine. I stayed here several years ago and the pool was very nice, this time, the pool was green and frightening considering the chlorine smell. The room was in need of attention, the ceiling had water stains and cracks and looked like there was mold on the wall. The blanket had stains on it. All of the outside doors were unlocked, though it was stated that they were locked at all times. The restaurant was closed before 9pm and there was no breakfast included. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again, especially since there are so many choices in the area. sorry

Filthy carpets, holes in wall, water stained ceiling, holes in towels. Top of toilet was broken and a new top that didn't match was put on and didn't fit. Chicken bones in the hall. Ice machine flooded hallway

This Motel Is smelly and dark. The room had and leak and the chain lock was broken. When we requested extra towels we were told "Sorry, No More."

The check-in staff were not friendly and bordered on rude, she did seem a little better later when we asked directions. I cannot believe that this is a Ramada motel, it's dirty and tired looking. The pool was out of service and we were not made aware until we had checked in. i would never stay here again.
