Days Inn Chester VA, Chester

While en route during a recent trip to visit friends in N.C, my wife and I stayed overnight at the Chester, VA. Days Inn. We wanted a low-priced bed, and the offer of a hot breakfast included with the room was a plus. Here's what we got: The room was spacious and, for the most part, clean, although the bath had signs of rust and possible mildew. The were insufficient outlets in the room to accomodate even the bedside lamps. The "breakfast" was juice and coffee from dispensers off the lobby. If you're seeking a cheap bed ..... otherwise, there seemed to be quite a few alternatives. MJF, New York State

The place is worse than seedy. It is a DUMP. Dried semen on the walls and the picture above the bed. I was revolted and explained to the manager that I couldn't stay there and wanted my credit card charge voided out. As far as I know, he accommodated me and let me out of my reservation but I will watch my credit card charges to see if he told the truth.
