Top-notch Vermont hospitality

If you are looking for an affordable retreat, you can get that here without paying a premium for great ammenities such as an immense hot tub, sauna, and great pool. Additionally, the inn is set at the point along the river where it bends at its backdoor. The resident manager adds a service level to this charming inn that you may expect at a bed and breakfast. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and with a private balcony. I would recommend staying on the backside of the hotel for the river view. A nice continental breakfast is available and the dining area is just as welcoming as the rest of the inn. Fireside seating in the lobby and dining room create a homelike atmosphere. I was a guest in November 2004 (no foliage or snow) and nature's backdrop at this pretty location was still impressive. Enjoy--I did!
