Holiday Inn Exp Springfield, Springfield

I found only one staff member I encounterd to be friendly and/or accomodating. All others seemed put out if you bothered them. I feel they are over-priced for quality. Furthermore, they renigged on a coupon for facility membership for a month, citing on heresay that they had heard they were being sold, resulting in those of us who came by then legitimately to pay the price. The cost of an actual membership is prohibitively expensive, considering the faciltiy itself is far from stellar. I just wanted to take my children swimming, and they couldn't bother to explain to my 4 year old why she couldn't go. Basically they are greedy and were losing revenue due to the popularity of the coupon. I was also going to book my daughter's birthday party there, however I will find somwhere else, as they will never see another dime from me.
