Silver King Hotel, an ASR Lodging Property, Park City

we liked that it is located close to everything the rooms are very nice just like staying at home, the staff was very helpful with all our needs especially when we needed to go around town to get food from the grocery store or main street the free shuttle was very handy and the driver was awesome and had great costumer service but needed to work later so we did not have to walk back to the hotel or wait in the cold for a bus all so we had to wait for our room till later in the after noon before we could check in that was a burden because we had no were to go till we got in our room with our luggage so we could change clothes and etc..but other wise it was great.

Great Stay!!! One week stay was as good as it gets, from Feb 20th to Feb 27th 2010 we had no worries. Very pleasant staff, great parking in garage underground, our room had everything that a Kitchen and Laundry room at home would have right down to bottle openers and fabric softener, full kitchen saved us $$$$ in dining, wonderful cleanliness. 75 yards from 3 major lifts and the price was affordable for the location. If you stay in Park City and are looking for a quality Condo, Silver King is the place to be!!!!!!!!!!!!

the hotel is right across from the main lift and has access to everything the indoor and outdoor pool is great and the staff is very accomodating we go every year and this is the best place to stay in park city to have access to it all . the rooms have all been upgraded and some have hot tubs. we think that this is how a ski resprt should be.

We had a good experience with the Silver King 2 years ago but our return visit there in 12/29/05-1/2/06 was not good. We had booked 2 rooms in the Hotel the first night and the following 3 nights in their Four Seasons condos. The front office staff, though friendly enough, were not at all knowledgable. We were told that our rooms would be ready in 30 minutes. Two hours later we were told that one of the rooms was "under construction" and we were sent for our first night to a flimsy walled condo six miles down the road. The manager appropriately made it a complimentary night, but the way the whole situation was handled was not professional or at all in line with the cost of the place . We were told by the manger that we would have "express early check in" to our condo the second day yet no one at the front desk seemed to know about that the next day.. more waiting and waiting. DVD's for rent in the lobby...only to find out that the place we stayed in at Silver KIng had only a VHS player. The pool was closed (no sign up) the evening of our second ski day. The snow was beautiful and the skiing great. Silver King is in a great location but the service was poor enough that we will not be returning.

I enjoyed the front desk staff. "Mike the manager" was very helpful to all of our questions and was concerned about our needs. Wendy was great too, very friendly at Silver King Hotel.

This place is the very best it is so rejuvenating and Fun there is alway something to do or nothing witch is nice too it gives just want you want close to ski Resorts, Restaurants and Shopping plus the night life is the best we had a great time and the in room Hot Tub was the best.

Two week ! My vacantion was best hotel at Silver King very nice room . I was drive small town Park City , Utah . I ski lot of snow . I love ski. Pat
