Location is great, beds and pillows are very comfortable, but he building is old, furniture is outdated and needs to be updated asap. Customer service was poor, at time of check in, the girl tried rushing, i had to ask where everything was rather than her informing me. When we got to the room I found a booby pin on the floor (and it wasn't ours) which made me think that the room wasn't properly cleaned. The hallways have a weird smell (perhaps because they are so old). Next day we came down to the lobby for breakfast. The scrambled eggs looked raw, gravy was old, biscuits were literally hard as a rock; when my sister asked the employee in charge of breakfast if she was going to bring out fresh biscuits. Her response was " these ARE fresh!" I though this was very umproffesional because of her negative attitude. Also the pancakes were chewy not good at all. I work as a hotel receptionist for Holiday Inn myself, and these things shouldn't happen.
