nice hotel great location

after finishing my 10th and final visit to Irving( Next stop Arlington go Cowboys) this was the best visit so far. The location was perfect with nice shopping and good eating( I recommend Vito's pizza resturant) the room I had was clean and comfortable and the service was also very nice
 
 
 
 
 
One of the worst I have stayed in

My room smelled like urine. It was not a good stay for most of the time I was not in my room. Did not get much sleep there.
 
 
 
 
 
hotel conveniant to airport

The hotel is clean and service is okay.The shuttle service to and from airport need to be improved. We had to wait for 30 minutes to be picked up at airport.When you watch other hotel shuttles drive by several times will you are waiting. The beds in the room were awful, the maids came to early, and they were making renovation noises very early in the morning. We were suppose to have a microwave, but we didn't. We loved the fire place in the lobby though, and the service of the people checking us in was great. The location from the airport was good. The room was a cramped. Overall to stay five nights it wasn't that great, it's a one night hotel.

Close to the airport

The best feature of the hotel is how close it is to the DFW airport - 5 minutes to the rental car return. The rooms were clean but run down (though it looks like they're trying to upgrade them a bit). The included breakfast was pretty bad: toaster waffles, cold cereal, and a few muffins. The Comfort Inn nearby is much nicer.
