So me and my girlfriends went down there for some fun BIG MISTAKE using this hotel!! The staff are rude..we needed more rags and towels they made us go to the front desk...IM SORRY BUT ITS HOTT AND IM NOT WALKING TO THE FRONT DESK...why couldnt she just bring it to us? So when i tried to call the front desk we didnt have a phone cord to use the phone? WHAT IS THAT? And on top of that the room was HOTT. We figure since the sun was facing the room thats why it was so hot so we didnt complain yet we just left the air on all day...but when we got back to the room THE ROOM WAS STILL HOT...we assumed since we had been out thats why we were hot BIG MISTAKE so we ended up going to sleep...waking up to a hottt room we complained and yes they did give us another room but do you think they gave us a discount on the room? NOPE THEY DIDNT and again we didnt have enought towels and rags. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL ITS NOT WORTH IT

this was the worst hotel i have been to in a while. when we got there there are bugs everywhere after i checked in they gave me my room key's and i went to my room only to find that it was trashed. the beds were not made it looked like someone had just got out of them there was trash all over the floor and fast food cups all over the counters it was just horrible i refused to stay and the refunded my money back to my card and that took over a week for the money to be put back into my account

It is in a great location with great access to all major Interstate Highways in Houston. The room was clean, well furnished and Wi-Fi in each room. The price was great. We stayed several nights and found it quiet and secure. The room was cleaned each day and re-stocked with coffee, linenm, etc. I recommend checking it out as I found no faults with it.

This was a perfect place for me to stay. I stayed here for 11 days for business. I was treated with a big smile everyday. The room was cleaned daily. They offered me free internet, free parking and free breakfast. Great experience. I will stay here again. Thanks Jacob

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it. Breakfast was so so. front desk staff was helpful with my need. Nothing fency about this hotel but we enjoyed it.

I was looking for a nice place to stay without spending too much. This hotel was it. It is not your Sheraton or Marriott but they offered what I needed (Internet, Free Breakfast and Free Parking) everything was close by. The staff was very friendly. Thanks

This is an older hotel but I found it to be very clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.
