Budget Host Northgate Texarkana, Texarkana

I would like to warn anyone who thinks they are getting a good deal on the price for this motel compared to the other motels in the same area. I check into the Budget Host Inn on August 1st 2008 with no problems untill I reach my room 1st of all when I got inside I check around to make sure it was clean and sanitized. When I got to the bathroom and seen the toliet they had the nerve to have to toliet seat top up and on the inside was this big nasty ring inside the toliet like it has not been clean in months. 2nd turn off I look around the main room and every chair that was in the room had big nasty stain on them like they did not know how to clean the. 3rd worst thing the air stop working and heat was coming out. When I informed the woman at the front desk about all these issues and major concerns for me and my family and ask her to come into the room to check it out she said well " I could look at the room all day the brown ring in the toilet and the stains in the chairs, well I don't know anything about it and the air I will have someone to fix. Of course I did not stay there, but when I went to check out the lady became rude and did refuse to give me my money back and the manager was not in and there was nothing that could be done.
