cockroaches, crackpipes,whores, and feces
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/11/11
my first room was filled with cockroaches i managed to kill it and put it in a cup brought it to the manager she ushered me away from the front desk area so i wouldnt let current check-in guests hip to their game. the owner is ignorant nor does he care for returning guests or current guest. Rose the manager is worried about flirting with men rather than her job. tasha the extended stay coorditnator would rather be taking racey photos on facebook than doing her job. please dont take my word for it check out their facebook page. trash and more trash. all i wanted was my money back to go somewhere else free of fleas and cockroaches nope they wouldnt. this place needs to be shut down. the carpet is all torn up maybe from all the free roaming animals in lobby. dont go in the elevators you will find feces. management has hand picked the useless front desk staff this place is a dump run run run away from here. i will never be back and i will tell everyone i know to never come here its a dump.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/19/11
I liked nothing this place was a dump. Had to go to 5 different rooms because 2 had broken air conditioning and 3 came fully stocked .....WITH DRUGS AND CRACK PIPES .....after that I left ( all this in the course of an hour. And someone thought it'd be funny to take a dump in one of the elevators Do not ever go here

We will never go back
By Kat, 6/1/10
When you walk into the lobby it is very impressive and it stops there. The hallways are hot and the rooms never get quite cold enough. The carpets need replacing badly as well as the hard as boards beds (and need to get fitted sheets). The hotel was booked for my Social Groups annual Memorial Day Party weekend and the contract was not completely honored. The manager was fine but the owner did not seem to care if we ever booked the place again. The pool was murky and seemed to have plaster (at least I hope that is what it was) on the bottom. The free breakfast is free because it tasted horrible. I would never book this for my group and would certainly only book here myself if it were literally the last hotel in the area.

GREAT VALUE FOR EVENTS
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/1/09
My freinds and I went to a BIG Dart Tournement at this hotel. The hotel was undergoing renovations but the rooms were still clean. You cannot beat the price for the banquet rooms (best price in Dallas I checked). So if you want to have a big event or a quiet get away and your not rich then this is the place to go. I will be back soon! People expect too much for nothing. You get what nyou pay for.

Fifty bucks is still too much!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/13/08
Although the location of this hotel is superb (if you want to be next to shopping and Wally World), they put single people on the first floor, the rooms smelled like on God knows what, and room service/maid service is horrible. There is no one ever in the kitchen!!!! I have to say that the staff is very friendly. Do NOT be fooled by the ammenities. The pool just does not look clean and this place is a dirt hole!!!

terrible hotel
By never2big, 12/14/07
We got to the first room and the bed was broke off the wall and lying cockeyed on the floor! the second room the bathroom had more hair in the tub before we used it than after! Absolutly the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. The pool was cloudy, the hallways were filthy, looked like they were never cleaned. Sprinkler heads in hallway and room were above the ceiling tiles (that sounds safe!) Manager contacted me and offered another stay at $39 a night. I found it offered at 49 on the internet, ohh thanks for the gift! STAY AWAY.

Will not stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/31/07
There was not much to like about this hotel. The room was ok, but the carpet in the hallway was very dirty. Had trouble with the toilet and the tissue holder fell off wall. Tried to call front desk several times, but never got an answer. Was given a ticket for a "free" breakfast but it just never happened. Was told restaurant opened at 6:30am which I think is late for an airport hotel. At 6:28, the door to restaurant was locked and there was no one in sight. Went back to front desk and asked clerk why restaurant was not opened and he very rudely pointed to the clock and said it was not 6:30. Went back to locked door and waited few more minutes. There was still no one in sight and the buffet bar was empty. Went back to desk and told clerk there was still no one there and gave him back his ticket. He offered no apology or any help. There is no excuse for such rudeness. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Scary
I had to stay in this hotel due to a flight cancellation... My window was on the ground level with the parking lot and the voices outside left me feeling worried... the kitchen closed early, so I was not able to get room service. the "gift shop" had rediculously high prices for things like deodorant and toothpaste. The toilet backed up on me. The carpet was old. the front desk told me I could order room service but did not know the kitchen had closed... need communication between departments. The free shuttle between hotel and airport was very much appreciated. One flier said breakfast was free, but it actually cost $5.00

Great place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/19/06
I have stayed here several times. It is in a great location. Close to the airport, and other attractions in the area. The rooms open into an enclosed atrium, which is where the pool, workout room, business center (open 24 hrs per day), spa, and mini golf are located. The bar and restaurant are located here also. I felt very secure there. Lots of places to eat nearby, and the staff was great. Guy at the desk, Chris, was very helpful. Very accommodating. We had to pay extra for the refridgerator in our room, but we didn't mind, as we had a great rate. They serve a buffet breakfast with eggs, toast, potatoes, and sausage, as well as cold ceral and fruits. Since it was included in the price, I didn't gripe, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Overall good place. I'll be back this week-end.
