Quality One Sulphur Springs, Sulphur Springs

I liked the location and one employee. We saw that every window or glass had smudges all up and down as if they hadn't cleaned in weeks. It was hot as outside, in the hotel. Handprints and smudges all over the headboards. Room had funk smell to it. Breakfast left you wanting for anything but. A/C made lots of noise, but not louder than the room next door which had three little 4 and 5 year olds that were running in and out of their room and up and down the hall. The worst part is...they were unattended. Later found out that they were an employees children, WOW. Kinda like a trailer park without the axles. I am dealing with the manager as to what they will do with the $$ they charged my card for nights that I did not stay. You don't even want to look at the place as you drive by. We stayed directly across the interstate for slightly more bun very clean and quiet. That is all I ask...clean...and quiet. Not that hard. Except for this ill managed place. Give Best Western a shot. Not fancy but much better shape.

Crickets everywhere, in pool & room. Pool too nasty with cig. butts and dead bugs in water. Very foul. We ended up cleaning bugs because they would not. Breakfast was 2 pancakes everything else extra. Pillows lumby. Exercise equip broken. Did not honor AARP. Air did not work.

Lets see to start off with they charged my card even after i told them i was going to pay cash. Then we were put in a room where the bed didnot have a frame they were sitting on the floor and if smelt foul in there. So went to the front desk to ask for another room and that room was dirty bed was unmade and looked like someone peed in it trash all over floor and smelt like puke . also had bugs running around on the floor and the pictures here are not right it is an old run down hotel. the girls at the front desk didn't seem to know what they were doing . they had there kids with them and they were fighting in the back room we could see them and hear them

BEST HOTEL IN TOWN WITH NEW ROOMS. nice cozy looby with friendly staff and big pool for kids. NICEST ROOM IN TOWN with iron ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer , microwave, refrigerator, and top of all new rooms......

excellent hotel to saty especially live entertainment in the night makes it more fun to your stay. excellent service. I strongly recommend this hotel for stay.
