Surly staff, no AC, and faulty wireless

Terrible attitude on the part of staff; very unhelpful. Temperature in room 78 degrees IN MARCH; I'm at 3 hours now waiting for a staff member to show up and fix it; I'm not holding my breath. Staff appeared outraged at having to reprogram my door keys (which did not work). Everywhere/everything feels damp. Believe it or not, actually booked this place for a function; knew there must have been a reason it was available on short notice. Terrible, terrible service. Too bad too, the hotel is actually quite beautiful for a Holiday Inn, and if it were maintained properly could really draw some business I'm guessing.
