Just "OK"
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/23/07
We JUST got back from a 6 day visit. My first issue, immediately, was the cleanliness. I have a crawler, and while we were unloading the car, in the few minutes that took, his knees and toes were covered BLACK from the dirty carpets. We arrived late in the evening, and when I turned down the beds ALL the pillows in one room had dirty, grimy marks and one of the beds was specked with "black dirt". It was too late to call MGMT, but when I did pick up the phone, it was sticky. I tried to wash my son in the tub and there was a HUGE hair glob in the drain. We stuck it out, and all of these issues were addressed by MGMT over the next two days. Still, not a good first impression though. The furniture and style of the room was dark, dated and obnoxiously nautical. My sister came down a few days later, and checked into a seperate condo, one floor down, and I had NO issues with the cleanliness of that apartment. It was cleaner, brighter, and much more comfortable. Perhaps I was just unlucky. There are no private laundry machines, but you do have access to a laundromat style facilty, which will cost you $1.50 per wash & dry. I loved the location, both to the beach and downtown "Port A". I don't know if we would stay there again. I would need to investigate further (this was my first stay at this beach area) if there was something else of similar price and amenities, but more updated and clean.

Staff needs some customer service lessons.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/21/07
The rooms are spacious, wonderful and well equipped. the location is excellent! The cleanliness could be better, but I know this is a family resort with lots of sandy feet running through nonstop. I have tons of grace for that. However... I have stayed at Exec Keys a number of times over the past few years and felt like family, but recently, there have been some changes in the staff and I'm a bit disappointed in their attitude. They no longer offer any type of discount, they seem very focused on making sure you know how much you owe them, and are NOT willing to go an extra mile or two to keep your business. As a business owner myself, I can honestly say that this might be my last stay with them. Places do not always speak enough to bring customers back... the service will. When they learn that lesson, I am certain that their business will prosper better than ever. May God bless them.

Takes pets off season. Beautiful beach and seaside. Nice pool. Great place to relax. Too pricey in season, not bad off season.

Would not recommend...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/23/06
We had stayed at Executive Keys for the past 13 years and have never a problem before. We made reservations for the upcoming Labor Day requesting a townhouse which we put our order in early. They honored that reservations through email correspondences but another one came through on the internet and they disregarded our reservations and took the other one. So no I would never stay there again. We were very disppointment in the management team.

LOVE IT
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/09/06
I liked it because it was not to far out of town and the rates. It is not a far walk from the beach. The rooms are nice!

Enjoyed our stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/16/06
My husband and I spent our honeymoon on the island and stayed in a very fancy place for 2 night, then we stayed here for a night or two. It had everything the fancy place had, just a little older and not as high of a price. I enjoyed it as much as the facy place. My entire family is going to have x-mas in PA this year and we are all stayinig here. We have the rooms already booked. I am so excited. My husband and I now have a 1 year old son, and I can't wait to show him this amazing island. The only place I wanted to book rooms was here, do to the price, size, and location. See you soon Mustand Island! ;)
