Great Location, Great Staff, Great Value

This hotel is always my choice when staying in the dallas area for several reasons. Proximity to my customer at Love Field, and the amazing staff, make it the place to stay for me. Ive been coming here for years and with the recent room upgrades the hotel is by far the best value in the area. The staff knows me by my first name and truely makes me feel at home when i am on the road. in all my travels this hotel is certainly at the top of my list for value and friendliness.

Hotel nice, area not!

We stay at Embassy Suites every year for the Cowboy game. This location is close to the stadium and it shows! Very rough area of town. While the inside of the hotel is great and the staff are helpful, our car was broken into and the security guard stated "the break ins always happen between 9-11" He gets on at 11:00. Staff not helpful and reiterated again and again they are NOT responsible for any vehicles parked in their parking lot. Very frustrating for a paying customer to pay $200 a night and then loose valuable personal items and pay an insurance deductible. I will NEVER stay at this location again!

very comfortable

We stayed for two night and there was nothing to complain about even the fact that there was a cheerleader competition in town and there were more little girls runnng around than usual slowing the elevators down. Which benefitted the wife and I. we took the stairs along with our workout on the tredmill in the fitness room. We were pleased with all the Hotel had to offer from the suite to the breakfeast in the morning. to the directions to a local resturant (Del Friso's great steak)One of the things i really liked is the underground parking. Since it was raining this was a plus. We will go back and highly reccomend this Hotel to anyone from leisure to professional.

Cowboy's Game

We have used this hotel for about 7 years. We stay here every year when we go see the Cowboys play. It's a five minute drive to the game. The rooms are perfect with plenty to do (pool, spa, gym). You have plenty of space with the 2 room suites. House keeping staff is excellent. They have a great military / government discount! The breakfast is 5 stars. They will make anything you want. The free happy hour is nice too! You'll pay more to get in the door, but after that it's all free. Very happy with our past experiences and looking forward to our next one.

Embassy Suites stay

We stayed at Embassy Suites june 8th-9th. When we arrived that afternoon we were welcomed by the front desk and directed to our room. Since the moment we walked into the hotel it was very relaxed and classy. That evening after visiting the Galleria Mall, we sad downstairs in the L (lounge) floor, were we drank FREE drinks between 5 and 7pm. we probably drank $30 worth of drinks each. The pool was spotless, and everything in the spa was working. The Contenintal Breakfast was very good. There wasnt alot of selection, but hey, we were in a hurry and it was free. Dinner in the resturant was pricy but very good. Our waiter was friendly and talked to the kids alot. This is probably the cleanest hotel ive ever been to in the USA. The hotel being almost INSIDE dallas love field, there was alot of business people. so not alot of loudness at night, but it was a wensday night. We plan on returning, the location wasnt what we needed for the places we went, but it turned out great!

Great Escape

I love to get away after a long hard working stressful week.....If I want the luxury of being spoiled I escape to Embassy Suites at Lovefield. I love the idea of not having to drive...I fly in and call the hotel and they pick me up at the airport I check in and have breakfast prepared just as I request. A newspaper awaiting to be read in the living part of my room...... And if I choose to dine down the road in the restaurant row area I call for shuttle service or if I choose to go to the mall. Service is always with a smile. All at my fingertips. It has all the amenities of a home if I bring left overs I have a refrigerator to keep it cool and a microwave to warm up for a late nite snack. I love My Great Escape!!!

Conveniently between the Market Center & Love Field

When work takes to the Market Center, my hotel of choice is ES at Love Field. After a long day of work, I can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautiful park adjacent to the hotel. There's an exercise room and wireless high speed internet and the staff provides the true Dallas hospitality and service that I've grown to love.
