worst hotel experience for a professional traveler
First of all, the only reason my family and I stayed was due to United cancelling our flight out of El Paso as we were trying to get home from vacation. The airline gave us room vouchers only good at this property. The proximity to the terminal was the only good thing I have to say about this run-down, mismanaged, overrun with loud children, dump! If you like dirty walls, stained carpets, thin walls and doors, soiled linens, and way below average staff assistance then this is your place. I spend over 80 nights/year in hotels in every state except Hawai'i, and have for over 4 years, and this hotel was by far the absolute worst in every way. I would not stay here ever again even if it was a gift from the airlines again. This hotel will prevent me from staying at any Wyndham in the country even if there are some decent ones. Additionally, this experience has solidified my choice for becoming and remaining a Hilton Honors Diamond member. If you have a choice, go anywhere else.
