DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria, Dallas

The Front desk staff was very friendle and helpfull. We decided to eat dinner in the restaurant and it was truly amazing. The service was great and the food was delicious.

We arrived on Friday night and were told they only had one room left (we had had the reservations since summer and this was October) the room was a handicap accessible room which smelled musty and the bathroom was poorly lit. The next night we decided to eat at the hotel so we sat in the restaurant and waited and waited and waited for someone to help us, finally my husband got up and asked the waiter for a menu, he gave us the bar menu so we ended up eating the buffet (which reminded me why I don't like buffets), people came in and sat near us and their waiter gave them a restaurant menu. I wrote to the hotel to complain about the room and the lousy service in the restaurant and was given a night free on the executive level, however when I called to use it we were told we couldn't because the weekend we want to use it is a blackout weekend. My husband is a Hilton Honors member and blackout weekends aren't supposed to apply but they won't honor the free night (even though we'd be paying for the first night). We are very, very upset. The people at the front desk are very nice but managment could care less about customer satisfaction if it will cost them anything.

This hotel staff is so friendly. The food is excellent and the room was so clean and well decorated. I felt like I was someone special the minute I walked into the hotel. Room service was quick and the food was outstanding and wasn't that pricey for such a nice hotel. Stayed for two days for a seminar and hope to go back on a personal visit.

Wonderful service. The rooms were large and beautiful. The staff were courteous and professional. I felt safe and secure. The location was excellent in relation to shopping and entertainment.

We come to Dallas from Little Rock, Arkansas every year, the day after Thanksgiving, We have stayed at numerous hotels. The Merriott Quorum is very nice, the Westin Galleria is so so very close for shopping but don't care for the people they aren't very nice. The doubbletree is excellent,I can find my way around very easy, the staff is curtious and helpful with directions, I just like it, what can I say, the rooms are big, the food is great and the service is wonderful!

I loved the location,It was so close to the galleria and I love to shop, plus the staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were comfy and clean. Its a place to relax and unwind.

I loved the fancy rooms and when they say no smoking room they mean it. The dining room may be the best in the city.

I enjoyed my stay because the commute to local place settings were great. We were able to walk to a lot of nice restuarants plus the events that go on down town was a blast. The hotel staff was excellent and the rooms were great.

Good location. Good service. Good amenities. Convenient to a lot of Dallas night life and cultural interests. It was a really nice place to stay.
