IT"S GREAT!!!!!!

I liked the hotel because of the daily rates & weekly rates. I have been staying at this hotel since April 2011 and won't go anywhere else. All the staff is friendly and the hotel is nice and quiet. I also brought along 9 of my co-workers and we all have been here over 5 months. It's great.

DUMP

I will never go back!!! The manager is rude and a dimwit. The worst thing is i woke up with blood spots from bed bugs, turned the light on and saw bugs all over the bed. I told the manager and was told to go and buy some bug spray and spray the room. i gathered my family and left as fast as i could. I asked for a refund and the clerk laughed and told me to go some where else.......DO NOT STAY HERE

Worse Experience!

I have traveled extensivley for work and pleasure. This is motel was the worst experience. Rude clerk, housekeeping for only 2 hours, no onesite maintenence, disabled fire detectors, and I would not recommend to anyone.

Risking lives, diabled fire detectors

My family and I stayed in 3 rooms for my grandma's funeral. The night before the funeral, the AC switched to heater mode and then shut off abruptly, releasing an sufficating gaseous fire smell. Fearing we could die in our sleep, as families have before when using space heaters, I called the front desk. The clerk said there was nothing she could do, they have no onsite maintenence. I requested that we get a new room, so at 4 am we moved all our stuff downstairs. The day after the funeral my mom asked to talk to the manager; the clerk refused. She said "y'all overracted to the fire. y'all didn't have to stay here. Y'all need to leave. Ya'll have been nothing but bad people." I went in calmly to ask, and she pointed to the door, "leave or I'm calling the cops." I left crying, at a time of mourning we were treated like animals. And our lives were endangered. On top of it, the fire detectors in both rooms were disabled.

Want Fax Before I Can Get Reservation.

I was very put out because I wanted to reserve a room for my son, for a week, and they desk clerk would not even talk to me if I would not fax my ID and credit card picture to the motel. NOT!!!!! I instead ended up sending the price of the room to my son Western Union (who did not want a fax of my information). They are crazy if they think I am sending that much info in a fax.

Poor Management

My family had to be in Borger for 3 days to tend to funeral arrangements. We had booked 3 rooms for 3 days. When my in-laws got there first and tried to check in there were no reservations for any of us. They had computer failure and lost them all. My in-laws switched us all to another hotel cause this one was falling apart and disgusting (towels were black with stains, sheets unsanitary, molded ceilings, etc). I called to make sure that my reservation was cancelled and that it would not re-appear when there computers were fixed and be charged for a no-show for the room since my in-laws had moved us all to another hotel. They assured me they had my information and would not charge me. 2 weeks later I found that they did actually charge me. I called and they said they remembered the computer failure and would credit me. 7 phone calls and a month later, manager will not return my call and no credit has been given to my credit card. I will make sure NOBODY I know stays there EVER AGAIN. Each one of us were charged for a no-show.

never will go back

I was planning to stay at this hotel for 2 months.For the last 6 years I have been working on the road and never had problems at any hotel til now. The only thing I asked is not to be bother with maid service I sleep durning the day and work at night. I came to my room to find the door wide opened and no one in my room anyone could have came into my room and stole my stuff including my laptop.Not even after I went to the front desk to complain they said it won't happen again. Two days later I came back to my room to find a maid and her boyfriend (who does not work for the hotel) in my room. I told them to leave the next thing I know I have the manager/owner yelling at me if I have a problem with his staff to come to him. He inform me that he could evict me when he felt like it.I informed him that I requested that no one is to be in my room,he never said he was sorry or try to make it right after he found out that I made that request. So I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. They lost alot of money because I had 8 more guys coming to rent rooms.Found better service in Pampa,TX 30 minutes from Borger
