HOTEL NEEDS WORK

I thought that the hotel looked nice online, but I was disappointed when I arrived. The girl at the front desk who checked me in barely spoke to me, and seemed as though she was miserable to be working there. When I got to my room, it had a musty smell, and the carpet is very old and dingy. I wore socks to walk around the room. I soon realized that the a/c was set on 60, and it was hot as hell. I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night b/c I couldn't cool off. No one offered to help me move all of my things, and I ended up having to take another bath b/c I was sweating so bad. The new room was not that cool either but tolerable, and that thermostat was set on 60 also. There was no mini bars or vending machines either. I also paid for internet service that would not work. If you have the extra money, stay at the Hermitage. It's first class, and they actually care about their guests.
