We will stay here again

We had to change our hotel room at the last minute and ended up staying here. We had a jacuzzi suite and we were very pleased. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and it was well worth the money we spent. The beds may not have been as soft as I would have liked, but it was a small price to pay for a clean and HUGE room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hope to stay here every visit.

Stayed in rm. 512. Was like a honeymoon suite. Very private and quiet. Could not believe the room size for the price paid. What a deal. Staff was excellent. Bed was huge and comfy. Jacuzzi tub was so relaxing at the end of the day.

Excellent Stay!

We arrived the day after the 4th of July without reservations. Staff was friendly and excellent in getting us setup. Rates were reasonable and rooms were nicely kept. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay here again with no problem. For a older motel we were impressed. Thank you Crossroads staff for a wonderful stay.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

Was suppose to stay in a cabin and when we got to Gatlinburg, was bumped to this best western. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The cable didnt work. the bedspread was basically a piece of cotton that matted up. No water pressure in the shower. Water never got hot. Could hear the neighbors. And to top it off had to turn the a/c to the lowest it would go at 60 and still had to try to sleep without the sheet. I didnt sleep the whole time we stayed. The a/c didnt stay on, was hot in the room and it was middle of October.

great location we would go back

We stayed at hotel in April the room was nice we had a separate living room it was clean and bed was comfortable we used our own pillows. They were doing construction on hotel our car got saw dust all over it and we had to get it washed we should have had the hotel pay for it we really liked the location.

Great Nights Sleep

We got to Gatlinburg about 2pm, checked into the hotel We asked for a non smoking room and were exceptionally pleased with our room (Rm 107). We had 2 queen beds-- both pillowtop beds!!! The room was very clean. We came up to Gatlinburg with friends so we could ride our bikes in the smokies, so having a comfortable bed meant a great deal. We ate breakfast at the Atrium (good eggs benedict), service was quick, prices very reasonable. We will be staying at the Crossroads again.

great location, very clean, great staff. hotel is dated looks like from the 70's but i care more about how clean it was. dislike no control over druken guest's running around at night

What a Surprise!

We had booked this hotel because we had 2 families staying together. We couldn't believe the size of the room and how comfortable is was. Plus the price was so cheap that when I saw the room I couldn't believe our luck. We are going back this spring and summer with our friends and will definately stay in the same room again. The location is great and you are not in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg so you don't have all the noise from the people and cars passing by.

huge room

nice hotel great location we liked it fine plus it was close to the main strip of stores and fun. We would stay there again. Plus it is very close to the hard rock cafe

IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL THE ROOMS WHERE VERY CLEAN WE HAD A ALSOME VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. WE LOVED IT. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN A++++
