Suburban Extended Stay Florence, Florence

We like the location that there was a variety of choices of restaurants and stores in close range also being so close to I95. The kitchenette allowed us to be able cook our own meals of our choice rather than eating out daily. The air condition does need to be able to adjust the air flow from blowing directly on the bed but this can be helped by putting the chair in front of the blower.Despite of the minor downfalls we would definitely stay again.

The counter person was rude. The bottom half of the bathroom walls were either molding or they hadn't finished painting them. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. The TV did not have a clear picture, Every channel was fuzzy, some worse than others. The shower would stay hot for about 20 seconds then turn ice cold for about a minute, then scorching hot for 20 seconds and back to ice cold, throughout the whole shower. The pics that we saw of the motel online where we made our reservation showed the jacuzzi indoors, but it's acually outside next to the pool so in the winter, which is when we stayed there, it is not even an option to sit in the jacuzzi. Besides all of that the exterior of the place looks very nice, and it is located next to lots of fast food.

The lady who checked us in never smiled. She was getting all cranky because the phones were ringing. I tried to give her a smile back, but that didn't work. The check out lady was nicer. I always pack my own disinfectant cleaners cause you never know. I did the right thing, cause the jacuzzi was so, so, dirty. Disgusting. The rooms had small tiny black bugs. They even came out of the sink. They were over our heads on the ceiling. Honestly. They're making all of this money, can't you afford a good exterminator. The lady who served breakfast was very nice. Sure wasn't much of a breadfast though.

The room was ok Iasked to get another pillow and they said they had no extras.The lady that was serving continentil breakfast had a hangover from the nite before and was really incoherant. you could smell alchohol on her!! Wont stay there again!!

The room had a aweful oder. The steff were not friendly. The beds made my whole insides hurt. If you opened the window all you got was a smell of burnt rubber. There was only one luggage cart there so i did not get to use one moving in. Dirty Dirty Dirty ... that is all i have to say! Surburban Extended Stay Hotel Myrtle Beach South Carolina

I thought this place was a great deal being that it was only $40 a night, however I learned quickly that you get what you pay for! The room was nothing like it's pictures online. It was tiny, and infested with all kinds of bugs. The bathrrom was not very clean and the bedding had not been washed! This was perhaps my worst experience!
