Days Inn Brookville, Brookville

Reeked of old cigarette odor my word for this place is seedy. Very run down, road leading oit is nothing but a pothole trail did not feel safe at all--left by dawn.

The location off I-80 is great, but the cleaning staff is in need of training. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Also noticed some code violations regarding fire safety etc. Overall, management needs to take a good look at "first impressions". The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous.

After 12 hours of driving, I stopped at this Days Inn. Had a good night sleep. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was in good conditon and clean. Paid only $45 with a coupon from the rest stop. Come on guys, gas is tooooooo expensive. Stay smart!

We have been to this Days Inn many times.Make sure you stop at a rest stop and get a travel lodge brochure,they have coupons for the room.The rooms are fairly clean,room for improvement though! The staff is friendly and always helpful.The price is right and it's right off the exit. Nice bar!

No locks on exterior doors which banged closed all night long, though room decor appeared to have been recently redone, carpet felt dirty and bathroom fixtures were in need of repair and updating (toilet seat had large gauge), wallpaper border ended about six feet from the corner of the wall, previous guest's clothes were found hanging on the inside of the bathroom door in the middle of the night, hotel did not have record of second night's reservation (which we had decided to cancel after the first night). Though the price was right, and Brookville has limited hotel offerings, we will not stay at the Days Inn in the future.
