THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, THE MANAGEMENT WAS CLUELESS, ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK MANAGER, BETH. SHE WAS SO RUDE. THERE WAS ANOTHER GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK, I THINK HER NAME IS RUTH, SHE TRIED TO OVERCHARGE USAND ASKED FOR THE AMOUNT IN CASH. I STOOD BESIDE THE FRONT DESK AND SAW HER PUT THE MONEY IN HER POCKET!!!!

Don't give them your credit card!

I regularly stay at this hotel for business and have nothing good to say about this hotel. I have had to dispute unauthorized charges from this hotel numerous times costing me alot of time. Even after my credit card company reversed the charges noting that they were suspicious, I still have the General Manager calling and harassing me. I have had to change my credit card number multiple times to avoid them charging it when I was not even in the state! If you don't want to spend hours trying to fix this hotel's mistakes then don't stay here!

Will Never Return

This was one of the worst places!! First off they don't tell you over the phone that they hold a 50 dollar deposit on your debit card and that it could take up to 10 days to get it back!! The lady at the front desk assured me that it would be right back on the next day when I checked out, That was Friday and today is Tuesday and I still have a 138.00 balance pending on my credit card!! Then to add insult to injury when we checked in the room the bathroom was filthy hair all in the tub and sink if it had not been so late and I didn't have to drag the kids out in the cold we would have checked out that night! I cleaned out the tub and we checked out the next day inly to get a half sincere apology and a 10 dollar credit? oh well lesson learned we will never return

Lots of Fun

My kids and I stayed here last weekend and it was great. The indoor pool was a dream come true. It's not often my kids can stay active at a hotel, but this was the perfect place. The food was pretty good to.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would choose this hotel whenever my family and i visit the area. I love Holiday Inns and this one is right up there with the best of them.

Clean Hotel

The hotel was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool. Service was excellent. When ever I needed an extra towel, housekeeping was on it immediately. The only thing I didn't like was the bath tub, which either needed to be reglazed or replaced.(Looked worn)Overall I have no real complaints and would return.
