Nice rooms, slow service, poor parking

I've stayed here at least 5 times in the last few years.
The Somerset Holiday Inn is a good one, & they have a $65/night coupon in those coupon books you find at turnpike rest areas that’s good for up to 4 people. Clean rooms, good room service, a smoky, dirty bar w/a nice bartender, a laundry facility.
The restaurant serves a great breakfast – especially pancakes & sausage. However, their scrambled eggs aren’t that good & the service is extremely slooooooow but friendly. Seriously, though. I've tried explaining I'm in a rush to get back on the road & have ordered breakfast from my room even to be ready when I come down, & I'm still left waiting 30 minutes!
And they need more, better parking. But at least a gas station is by the property so you can gas up before heading out.
If I remember correctly, the pool has always been closed whenever we've been there.
