Four Points by Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport, Pittsburgh

My wife and I spent the weekend at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We used the fitness center, which is quite small, but had nice machines and was clean. The location of the hotel is not ideal. It is an "corporate park", however robinson town center is very close and has every thing you want/need. We had a room on the first floor, which I didn't really like because the hallway was quite active and we weren't able to keep the curtains open because the parking lot was right outside the window (and it stole our privacy). Overall, it was worth the $65/night we spent on it. However, I can't see myself paying more than $100/night.

WARNING - DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! I had reservations (secured with a credit card and a late arrival guarantee), but upon arrival was told that the hotel was overbooked by three rooms and no rooms were available. I had just flown in to Pittsburgh airport and had called for the complementary shuttle - you would have expected that they would inform me of the problem then... but no. Rather, after waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle which was supposed to have arrived within 15 min, I called back and was told that it would arrive within 10 minutes.... So, all in all, I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and upon arrival wsa informed that they had just assigned the last room. When asked how this could possibly be when the only person at reception (Olivia) and I had spoken TWICE - and clearly she knew I was on my way... All I got was the "doe in the headlights" look and "I don't know."
