Adam's Mark Hotel - Philadelphia, Philadelphia

My family stayed at Adams Mark last 4ht of July for a convention. The room was filthy. The windows were very dirty. There was a large sticky spot on the carpet, the curtains were stained (it looked like someone threw coffee on them)and dusty. We asked them to remove the stain and it was never responded to. We had arranged two rooms next to each other when we made reservations well in advance. However, they did not accomodate our request and were kind of rude at the front desk. We eventually left the hotel and went up the street for the same rate at the Hyatt.
