Terrible Hotel!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Once checked in, we went up to our room to relax after a day of sightseeing and travel only to be barged in on by the maid. Okay fine, we could let that go, mistakes happen. We went to the Cantina (which was not all it was cracked up to be. They stop serving food quite early) and the staff was incredibly rude. We were never asked what we wanted and after waiting at the table for 10 minutes while the staff stared at us, not knowing that part of being a server is serving your customers, we approached the bar and asked for our drinks. The bartender had a very rude tone to her and after making our drinks with a frown on her face (as if we were and inconvenience to her), we sat down and drank our very weak and overly priced drinks. The tab was handed to us and we were given the option of charging it to our room which we took advantage of. We went out for an evening show and returned to find a message from the front desk asking when we were going to pay our cantina bill ($25). We told them when we check out. Woke up the next morning to another maid barging in at 7 am, do they not get the concept that a guest is sleeping and maybe you should knock on the door before you barge in? Or maybe check the hotel records to see if anyone is staying in that room? 5 minutes after that we awoke to another phone call asking when we were going to pay our cantina bill, and again told them we would pay them at checkout. Afterall, isn't that the point of charging something to a room? We went to eat the buffet breakfast and were seated after a short wait. However, once we got up to get our food, they sat other people at our table. We politely asked why they gave our table away only to be treated with disrespect again. We went back into our room after a terrible dining experience only to get 2 more calls back to back asking about our cantina bill again. By this point we packed up our bags, paid the measley $25 bill and got the heck out of there! The manager was lacking customer service, at a loss to provide adequate services for his unprofessional crew. Definitely unaccomidating and never again will we stay here! TWO THUMBS DOWN!
