Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing! It is right off the freeway so there is easy access to anywhere you need to go. I would definitely stay here again.

It was so-so.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/02/09
The website talks about the great cinnamon rolls and mentions a restaurant in the hotel. Neither of them exist!! I was told that they haven't done the cinnamon rolls for 2 years - and who knows about the restaurant. The room was pretty clean. Older motel. Staff were nice. Hair dryer in room didn't work but someone from the front desk brought one to the room right away. Might or might not stay there again.

Best Breafast in Beaverton
By paresh, 03/17/09
The peppertree Inn is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely motel. It was so cold and busy there, weather was cold but in the room we were feeling very nice. morning breakfast was 6-9 and we saw it was very good breakfast and in the breakfast room we found lots people staying there and working nereby and they feel like home. The pool is lovely and spa too. Our kids are 11 and 13 and they enjoyed it. The pool attendants were wonderful, laying out 3 towels per sun lounger, with one rolled up as a head rest. We paid $79 per night for a room which we thought excellent value. There were 2 double beds so the four of us shared. Overall I would say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in on holiday and I am extremely fussy! Perhaps not the most convenient if all you want to do is theme parks, but if you want to mix a little luxury with the odd trip to the parks then this is an absolute must

Changed my mind when I got there...and left!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/25/08
When you walk in the lobby had a bad smell as well as the place where they serve breakast. The front desk person was unfriendly and the room looked like a cell. The hotel is run down and does not look anything like the nice photos! I cancelled and left after seeing everything.

Nice
By Soo Z, 08/10/07
Any hotel in Santa Barbara is going to be fairly expensive and compared to other cities, this one is, too. But, for Santa Barbara, their rates are reasonable. There is no complementary breakfast, but the rooms come with a coffee pot and an empty fridge if you want to bring some food in. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but there are smoking areas around the hotel. It's location was right on State Street which was perfect for my family's trip to Santa Barbara. There is a shopping center located right across the street. Overall great experience. Would stay there again.

Going to go back
By Jacinda, 03/02/07
This Inn is very clean and has great service. The pool is clean and the breakfast had a variety of foods for almost anyone and was in a nice "coffee house" like setting. Have stayed three times in the past 8 years and will be going again soon. Easy to get to and close to things like the Oregon Zoo and Chuckee Cheese.

Great deal for clean room!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/20/07
We stayed at the PepperTree Inn with our two children and two dogs in Feb. 2007 for three nights. The rate was reasonable and the room was very clean. The daily breakfast was great. I would recommend this motel to family and friends. It's a great deal for a clean room!
