Nice Resort - But Beware
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/11/09
My husband and I enjoy staying at the inn because of the location away from town and the resort-type atmosphere. The trees and the setting are beautiful, and many of the rooms have great views. However, the discomforts that come with the positives include uncomfortable beds, noisy rooms, dated/unsafe decks and pools dominated by unsupervised, careless and wreckless children. The walls are very thin, and we can always here people out on the entrance decks, walking/running to their rooms - no matter what room we stay in. Also, everytime we have stayed there during the summer, we have hung out by the pool area to relax, and everytime we began to relax, children/families would crash the pool area.

One of our favorite places
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/05/09
Nice pool area, Seasons restaurant, unit was well maintained. Our newer remodeled unit had almost everything we needed. It had a nice view over the trees. The pool was at 90 degrees and the hot tubs hot . (It was winter time) it was quiet there but all employees were helpful. There is free internet, a work out room. Seasons food was wonderful, service a little slow but we had nothing else to do . Ice skating is fun to watch. Bend is a wonderful place to visit.

We won't be going back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/04/09
We made our reservations over the phone no problem. When we got there they had us at a different rate, and wanted to tack on some fees. The person who was working the front desk had no clue what she was doing. We got to our room and it was fine. We got a room that had not been redone yet. We didn't need the upgrade. We went to go to bed, and there was a throw blanket at the end of the bed and it had boogers on it. I called the front desk the next morning and they told me they would get me another blanket right away. It NEVER came. We had electrical outlets in the floor, and the covers were NOT screwed on and had wires sticking out. We finally got housekeeping to our room at 5:15 pm. Our garbage was over flowing so we just put it outside for them to pick up. Our friends that we were with had a blanket with blood on it. They got a new blanket. Our other friends who have a toddler, found glass on the floor in the carpet and under the bar stools. There had been a huge windstorm and some trees had been blown over and created a mess. We were walking over windblown branches and pine needles on the sidewalks. They didn't have any signs showing how you could get out and we had to drive around looking for an open exit. After the windstorm, they cleaned out the hot tub and just put the pine needles and pine cones right next to the hot tub. They didn't even sweep anything away. There was still things in the bottom of each of the pools. I was very unhappy with the trip. There are now three families that won't be going back to 7th Mountain. If you are fine with bad service and don't mind having a really clean room you would be fine here.

We really can't wait to come back next summer!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/01/08
We loved the friendly people that run the inn and also the service and amenities were great. We also did the white water rafting for the first time and it was wonderful and now want to do more!!! We had read previous reviews and was a little nervous about the rooms, but they were very clean, and more then we expected. If you want to relax, enjoy recreational play and nice weather this is the place for you. We have vacationed at Whistler resort many times and this is very much like, it may have more walking and riding trails. We also drove to Lava Butte, that was so interesting & amazing. Great time & place. Thanks to all the employees at the Seventh Mountain Resort for making our stay wonderful and enjoyable.

Stayed there for a 3 Weeks
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/08/07
Really nothing BAD to say about the place, close to Bend, the River, the Mountain. Friendly Staff, stayed in unit 331 and it was modern, clean and had nice furnishings. Would reccomend this place to all my friends.

great family place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/12/07
It was wonderful. In the mountains, close to Bachelor, and yet just a few minutes to downtown Bend. Great place for kids to wander around - in the same week we saw kids swimming in the outdoor pool and skating on the skating rink (also outdoors). We are sorry the horses weren't around, but maybe next time.

So close to Everything!!!
By kristina, 11/26/06
We liked that it was so close to the mountain. Also, it was really close to town. It was nice because it wasnt too close but not too far away; perfect location. The Inn overall was excellent.

Great For Families
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/02/06
Loved the updated interior and roomy "apartment Style" accomodations 9full kitchen w/dishes, pots, EVERYTHING to cook and eat. Outside looks rough but inside is a jewel. Highly reccomend this place and will go back. The lodging is better than the ski area though.

We Liked it a lot
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/27/06
We have stayed at the Inn for several years. it has always been our favorite. It has had some construction recently but the remodeled rooms are very nice. Like the location out of town too. We always get a room with a kitchen and eat there to save money but the restaurant seems to have good fare.

Trip-Saving Review
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/28/06
The Inn was great! I had read some bad reviews here just prior to leaving for our trip. Thank goodness I read there is a difference between "standard" and "premium" rooms and I called to request the latter. Upon arrival very pleased with the staff, facilities and condo itself was great. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Fine dining restaurant($$$) was a bonus we didn't expect but enjoyed. The little store on-site was great for forgotten items and late night snacks as well as breakfast items. The condo kitchen was fully stocked from A-Z. Next time we will plan to cook a meal or two ourselves. We took advantage of everyhting, ice skating, heated pools, lounge, and restaurant. We would definetly go back to the Inn!.
