La Quinta Inn Tulsa East - 41st Street, Tulsa

We were in Tulsa for a funeral, and stayed one night only but that was enough for us! Upon entering the room, we noticed a wet, musty smell. Turning the A/C up did not help, either. When I went to the bathroom I saw what the smell was...black mold...and it was everywhere! How in the world could "Housekeeping" clean this room and not notice and report it to the management?? We thought we could stick it out for the night, and by 11:30 pm the smell was so bad we had to shut the bathroom door! We did not shower in that horrible bathroom, and honestly, I was afraid to even brush my teeth. I certainly do NOT recommend this place, and consider it a health hazard. My biggest regret is not reporting it to the company immediately.

Staff friendly. Lobby clean. Breakfast had a couple of organges as their fruit. Nothing good. Room was awful. Carpet was worn and frayed with lumps under it. Bathroom was disgusting. Black, maybe mold, all around the tub and the drain. Needs a complete remodel job.

the la quinta was great! the only thing wrong was no pool. it was clean, comfortable, VERY cold air conditioner, and in a great location. right next door to a grocery store, gas station and several fine restaurants. if i had the money, i'd go back everytime.

The rooms here are very clean and the service is great they really go out of thier way to please the customer
