Super 8 Norman, Norman

The front desk staff was very nice, and for the amenities the price seemed very fair to me for the area. They recently renovated, and the outside of the hotel has improved. I believe they also said they were planning on implementing the hot breakfast soon.

the room was clean but thats all i liked. we changed rooms twice because the ac would NOT cool the rooms. the woman at the front desk with the blue bird tattoo on her neck and two rings in her lip was very rude. she told me the ac was not going to blow out icles...well it should, every other motel i've stayed in the rooms got very cold and i was not paying $80 to sleep in a hot room. so after her being very rude we got our money back and went across the street where the rooms were very clean and cool and most important the front desk lady was VERY nice. i think the motel staff (blue bird tattoo lady) should have said we are having trouble with our ac units but instead she said nothing at all until after we checked in and 3 hours later our room was still hot..

My husband and I always stay at Super 8 when we go to Norman. The rooms are nice and clean, and I feel safe that my car won't get broken into or our room won't be broken into. The only bad thing is that, if you don't have a cell phone....which we don't....you have to pay a $10 fee to use the phone so we couldn't order pizza and have it delivered to our room. We had to go out and get it, which is fine but I think the $10 fee to use the phone is a little much. What if you have an emergancy and have to dial 911? I guess they didn't think of that!

The rooms are awful small, this "suite" is not worth $90 a night.
