Concourse Hotel & Conference Ctr, Columbus

Upon check-in at 3:30 we entered our room to find the beverage area still a mess/used from the previous guest. We notified the front desk of the problem and asked for it to be cleaned. Not until 6:45 it was finally cleaned!
I dropped an earring on the floor and when I retrieved it I saw cobwebs in the corners!
While sleeping we were awoken to the cleaning lady keying into my room!
We ate at the buffet for breakfast and recieved horrible service. Hostess ignored us and talked on the phone instead. Another person had to come seat up after we waited for an extended amount of time(there was only 1 family of 5 people in the place!). Our coffee was never refilled until I hunted down a server. The advertised time the buffet was open until was 12:00, but at 11:40 they broke the buffet down while we were trying to eat from it!
The manager on duty said we would have to contact the other manager. I have tried to contact the other manager on countless occasions, but I never have talked to him still and it has been almost one month! I have even tried to leave my phone number asking him to contact me.
