Shield ears of your children

Breakfast was great and the woman that worked in breakfast was the best. As far as the rest of the hotel, we heard yelling and argument in the lobby area from workers and when you walk the halls you can hear the housekeepers saying some pretty foul words to each other. The restroom in our room was nice and only one front desk person a short man seamed professional. My other complaint was the walkways, they were only shoveled and salted at the entry doors but the rest of the walks were iced and covered which made it hard to go to area facilities.

Best Quality Inn

This is by far the best hotel i stayed at. Good price, nice breakfast, the largest pool ever, it's outdoors but with this heat it was amazing! Great price, great value and the staff was friendly. Not sure about the review about the mold below, the bathrooms were amazing!!

Glad we found this PLACE!!

We had been travelling for a long time and were not expecting to make a stop in Akron Ohio but traffic and the weather were bad so we decided to stop. We checked out some hotels near by but the places were outdated and falling apart. We finally came to this hotel and the staff was fast and friendly and the place looked good. The hotel rates were very reasonable and you kind of expect to get what you pay for but this hotel gives you so much more for the price. The breakfast was huge they had something for everyone and the rooms you could tell were updated. The room and washroom were clean and fresh and I am a clean freak. I think the washrooms have been totally renovated. If by chance I end up in Akron again I will be back.

Awesome Hotel / Staff

We were stuck in akron from a delayed flight, and had to stay at this hotel. We were promptly picked up by Ed the van driver @ 1:30 am. He was very nice and knew a lot about the area and the hotel. We go there, and the front desk clerk was very very nice and was very accomodating and prompt. The breakfast was a HOT and cold breakfast, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. I would reccomend this hotel to any one that has to stay in akron for the night.

Never again!

The bathroom had mold around the bath and shower. Couldn't stay there due to mildewy smell! We left due to health issues with air quality and they would not refund our money! They didn't care - they just wanted their money. The manager told us that we could complain to corporate but all he would have to do is write a letter of apology so he didn't care. You can tell that they mask the smell with air fresheners! There is also a lot of water spots on ceilings. It's an old hotel and they need to do a lot of work to it! Much better hotels in area for same amount of money!!!!!!!! Try the Best Western in Canton Ohio - it's only 9 minutes down the freeway and it's awesome. The service was so much better. It was new and extremely clean for the same price!! They have suites for $79.00.

Was Stranded in Akron

My family and I were stranded because of a snow storm and couldn't take our flight out. Made some calls to area hotels and glad we came across this hotel. They gave us a good rate, the free breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles (oh ya my son adds, good donuts)was great we were starved when we got up. The hotel was very clean and everyone was so helpful and nice. I would definately stay here when we come back to Akron.

good hotel

The owners were very friendly. It was quiet. The food was very tasty. It's one of the least expensive B&Bs in the area too. Stay here while you can! The owners are selling.

Will Go Back!

We came upon this hotel after checking out others in the area. The staff was friendly and after seeing the rooms we decided to settle in. The rooms were a great size for a larger family and was very clean. The staff was very helpful in meeting our requests. The large pool kept the kids occupied. Breakfast was by far one of the bests I have had at a hotel - they had a great variety and it was HOT.

We would stay there again!!!!!

I found this hotel clean and in an excellent location to food and highway 77. The personnel were very courteous and helpful throughout our 5 day stay. The continental breakfast was very good. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. They also will take you anywhere within a three mile radius of the hotel. The only problem was no link to tours in the area. Other than that we had a great stay and would certainly stay there again if we are ever in the Akron area again.

Great Hotel

Great hotel, best bang for the buck. Large rooms, nice pool. Great helpfull staff, very nice to my children and they even had a blast. Best hotel in Arlington exit, by far even better than the hampton inn. Better rates and room sizes. Also better location right off the exit.
