Room was clean, all personnel contacted were helpful and generous with their time. BUT * UNTIL THIS: Had two friends with complaints about cockroach in a bathroom and bedbugs in one bed. . Just a constructive way to help improve a good stay. One complaint from friends was the uncontrolled children who knocked on doors, stompped on and around the balcony until 1 AM....one security is not enough. So CONSTRUCTIVE correction would be to have ALL families and kiddos have identification bracelets and must be on or children will be escorted to the office for parental location this could be an agreement to sign as they enter.
