Super 8 Dickinson, Dickinson

Stayed there October 9, 2011. Carpeting was soaked due to malfunctioning refridgerator. Room was damp and musty. Exterior doors were jammed open with a pile of rags. Advertised breakfast was a box of old donuts and coffee.Bathroom had mold, holes in the wall and missing plaster. Coffee unit in room had no carafe. No hair conditioner for shower. Window in room - which we had to leave open due to dampness & must, was filthy and pain splattered. Management's response was, "there's was nothing wrong with the room. It's rented out again. " This was the worst Super 8 experience imaginable. STAY FAR AWAY !!

The motel had mold on the walls, the floor was wet after a rain storm. Leak somewhere. Carpet tacks left on stairs after carpet was removed. Toilet in sons room not bolted to floor. Had reserved 5 rooms in total, we left after i night another left after 2 nights. We called health department about the mold, do not know what action was taken. Did receive a curtisy refund from corporate. The ownership of this motel along with most of the staff were the rudest people I have ever delt with and I have been traveling for over 40 years.

Stayed there 7-27-09 and it was disgusting. Mold on the shower curtain, caulking in bathroom was gross. Carpets dirty and the floor was noisy. The "secure" backdoor was busted......... It was cheap but so is sleeping under a bridge.

The motel was generally clean. Sheets were clean but had stained along wih the bath towels. Don't get me started on the mattresss. I had to go buy a blow up mattress just so I could get a reasonable night sleep. The small refrigerator in my room was not clean it had food left over from the other guest. Most of the staff was friendly. If they got new mattresses, I would go back again.

We found the price to be $89.00 for the advertized $59! The building and furnature was old and not well maintained. The teenager running the front desk was rude and unkempt-no uniform or name tag. She said the matresses were 35 years old like everything else around their. Very dissapointing.

The front desk staff was very polite and the service was great. This is an older motel, but very clean and reasonably priced. Would stay here again when in Dickinson.. Reasonable...

I rarely complain, but this is an exception. This Super 8 was very poorly managed and unclean. I made an on line reservation, arrived late, and was unable to stay in that motel. I had to get a refund from the online source, loosing money, and drive an hour to Mandan to find adequate lodging. I have filed a formal complaint with the Super 8 management. I warn other travelers to avoid Dickinson if at all possible.

Very Very dirty, staided sheets, moldy shower, dirty used towels, food and trash by bed and behind nightstand, no maid service, no tv remote, stale donuts for breakfast and old weak coffee. The prices were outrages and no extras. Vending machines broke. This place was terrible!

Management and maid service was terrible. Our room was a total mess and had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, garbage everywhere, bathrooms a complete shamble. When I returned to the front desk I was told to come back in a couple hours and it would be cleaned. Returned 2 hours later and room had not been touched. Only one person on duty at this time and he could not leave the front desk to assist. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
