Quality should not be the name of this hotel!

The condition of the hotel is slightly below average. The outside door by our room (#150) was broken, so not only was there a security problem the door slammed in the wind everytime someone used it. This shook our whole room as if someone actually slammed our door. I complained to the front desk twice and they did NOTHING. There was a card in the room that said, "If there is a problem with your room we will fix it or your stay is free". THIS IS A LIE! I pointed this policy out to the night clerk, the morning manager, the National Quality Inn and in a letter to the hotel manager. They did not reverse my cc charges, but they did give me a 15% off coupon for my next stay?? You've got to be kidding me, I'd never stay at that hotel again.
